Teaching and Performance Bookings

Teaching
I offer private sessions in person or over Zoom in Pilates, flexibility (beg.-adv.), beginner handstands, dance (ballet, modern, improvisation) and creative process coaching. If any of these disciplines interest you, I would love to hear it! Send me an email at medeabynight@gmail.com and we'll cater to what works for you.

My experience in teaching began in 2012 as an assistant for ballet and modern dance classes at the Ailey School. From there, I earned my Pilates reformer certification in 2016 from Sal Anthony's Movement Salon (now Body Evolutions). As I continued to develop my skills expanding into circus disciplines in 2017, I began teaching flexibility and beginner handstands as well as aerial in 2019 at the Muse Brooklyn. In addition, I returned to my roots in dance to offer a class there called "Finding the Floor" which is an ode to Ronn Stewart's improvisational class named MoPeD (More People Dancing). I continue to teach on occasion at Aerial Arts and will take on "dry land training" for CIBBOWS (Coney Island Brighton Beach Open Water Swimmers) in the summer of 2025.
